Our Team

We have a diverse staff team that has expertise in many of the life skills needed to support the young people at TSS. Our team are highly qualified and have experience in teaching, learning support, youth offending, counselling, child protection, safeguarding, music, psychological mental health and well-being, NVQ 3 and above, and vast life experience.

All our members of staff are rigorously recruited, inducted, supported and supervised to work with young people to ensure they can develop practical skills which will enable them to live independently within the community and gain positive outcomes in their lives.
